The Firm

Established by Gregory G. Glenn in 1995, Glenn Law Offices is a boutique law firm dedicated to providing one -on-one personal service to clients who are over the age of 65.  The firm's services focus on helping clients develop a financial plan that includes access to public benefits for eligible clients to help them pay for long-term care costs related to a disabling medical condition. Mr. Glenn deals directly with the client and the client’s family in developing a plan to help maintain access to funds a client has worked a lifetime to preserve while obtaining access to public benefits to help subsidize the cost of care.

The focus of the practice is on those who are over the age of 65 who are seeking Medicaid eligibility or VA Pension and Aid & Attendance benefits that help for nursing home , assisted living facility room & board, or care givers.

 

The firm has offices in Palm Beach County, Boca Raton, Florida and Broward County, Hollywood, Florida. The firm also offers house call services to eligible seniors.
 

Gregory G. Glenn has been on both sides of the political isle in his lifetime.  He still maintain friendships he has developed through his travels. He is honored to say that he served President George Herbert Walker Bush's administration in 1989 as a volunteer.  His last involvement in politics came when he assisted his friend and colleague, Former Florida Congressman Jim Davis, in his bid to run for Governor of Florida.

 

His experience at the highest level of the our democracy provides him  insights on legislative trends and issues facing those who rely upon Medicaid and Veterans benefits.  This experience coupled with his friendships and knowledge of the political and legislative impacts on the elderly few have had the opportunity to experience.

Greg shares a few thoughts with Senator Dodd regarding Medicare's prescription drug plan and cuts in Medicaid funding for the developmentally disabled. Senator Dodd is a big proponent of seniors access to affordable health care.

Having been politically active along with his  business planning experience helps Mr. Glenn understand the "system"

Prior to becoming lawyer Mr. Glenn spent time living and working in Washington, D.C. 

He also worked for the former Big Eight Accounting Firm of Cooper & Lybrand, CPA's as a management consultant. He worked as a team member dealing with mergers and acquisitions and business planning.

Mr. Glenn has been known to be astute at forecasting economic crisis.  Having worked in business planning and having supported both sides of the political isle, he recognized and has advocated strongly for "change" since 2002.
